Misi Berpantangg.

haha. bermulaa dari isnin semalam whichh is 15 Marchh, aku startt berpantangg dr memakan makanann yg berlemakk, berminyakk, senangg citer bnde2 yg takk sehat laa. sbb me and my friends dah bwat wishh tukk konon2 nyer nakk gaya hidupp sihat laa. for themm dowgg nakk kuruskann badann. but for me, nakk kurus ape lagikk kn. dahh kepengg dahh. so aku just makan makann yg sehat2 laa. so start fromm yesterdayy, aku spend around 120dolar beli barangg makanan yg sehat2. suchh as vegetables, salads, tuna, breads and macm macm lagikk laa. so dahh 2 hari nie, alhamdulillah everythingg is okayy. aku kena biasakn mkn makanan yg sehat2. HAHA.

lepas tue, kena exercise selalu. ktowgg selalu pegi swimmingg, joggingg, main bola, badminton and many more. kononnyer laa nak gaya hidupp sehat. so selama sebulann nie, adakahh aku berjaya mengamalkan gaya hidupp sehat. kita tunggu dan lihatt. HAHA. before this, bukann aku mainn tibai jea ape ape makanan, cuma takk makann proper food laa. makan maggi laa, burger Mcd, Hungry Jacks, Kfc bnyk fast food. so sekarangg takk bolehh makan bnde2 tue lagikk. ;)
